Homemade root-tabs?

Anyone have a good recipe for root-tabs? I have red clay and lots of dry frets from Greg Watson but haven't found a good mixture to try.

try a 50/50 mixture of plantex CSM and red clay powder. add water 1 drop at a time...you want thick mud.

You can bake on a cookie sheet to harden them up...200 degrees for like 20 mins.

I also use NO3 and PO4 in mine but I can't for the life of me remember the recipe. I'll dig it up later today
