Hornwart

I have Hornwart which grows like a weed on steroids in my tank. Does anyone know of a way to keep it in one place of the tank floating than to have it move all over the tank. I have other plants that need the light and when the Hornwart covers the top my bottom plants suffer. I have already given away 2 batches of this stuff. People tell me I'm lucky to have this growing so well in my tank. Any advice please.

My cabomba keeps coming up and doing this ... Smothering the poor star repens ...

With plants that I want to float, I sorta weave stems together and attach to the heater cord. If you want more ability to move you could attach it to a heater clamp or some other suction cupped item.
