i have a 10 gallon guppy tank, with two 15 watt bulbs in it.. i was wondering if thats good enough wpg for hornwort..

Sounds like plenty to me. I would let it float, the guppies would like that. Then it will be closer to the lights and grow like crazy. Just make sure you aren't using just incandescent bulbs. If so, replace them with some cfl spiral bulbs and then you're all set

If the tank is covered, replace them with spiral cfl bulbs. Look for some with a light spectrum of 6500k. If you can't find 6500, 5000 will do. Plants need a different spectrum than the old fashioned bulbs put out. It may not die, but won't grow much. And it's a 10 gallon so you can get two small wattage bulbs and be good. Probably use less electric than the old bulbs

exactly pop some of those 13 watt 6500k in there from either LOWES or HOME DEPOT and you are good to go.
