I have a 20 gal planted tank with DIY CO2 on it and I'm curious about pressurized. I know they make a 20 oz bottle for paintball. Any idea how long this would last? I would make myself an inline diffuser to go with it so it could be as efficient as possible.

Length of time is dependent on many factors, not limited to:

quality of seals and connections/connectors
quality of tubing
CO2 flow
actual amount of CO2 in bottle
efficiency of reactor
etc.

FWIW, I have a heavily planted 75 gal with a 5lb CO2 cylinder, and I fill it 3-4 times a year... YMMV

It sounds like I should be able to get a few months out of a 20 oz tank then, provided the equipment to go with it is suitable.

Those smaller bottles can go pretty fast. But combined with a highly efficient reactor/diffusor then 2-3 months should be about right.
