good light for a planted tank?

hello, i would like to know if this is a good light to plant a good variety of plants in a 36gallon tank.Fluorescent Aquarium Lighting: Coralife Nutri Grow Plant Lamp

6500K is a common bulb for planted tanks. The questions is what kind of fixture you have, what size of tank you have, and how many of said bulbs you have over it.

I use Coralife bulbs and they do very well and the spectrum analysis pics all look very similar to other top brand bulbs out there. I can't compare directly to other bulbs though as no one else seems to make 30"/31watt bulbs so I have to use Coralife bulbs.
