How many inches of fish for a 30 gallon?

Would Dwarf Gourami work OK with Angels? How about Mollies? How about the Red Tail Shark? I am considering doing them instead of Angels or Mollies maybe.....
Also, I have to do a pleco. I believe that the shark will harrass the corys (what my LFS said).

My boyfriend had in his 29gal an angel, two dwarf gouramis and a blue gourami- the dwarfs got picked on all the time. However, in my tank I have angels and a RTB shark and they work fine

In a 29gal, I would suggest no mollies... 2 angels, 1 RTB shark and maybe a small school of --large-- tetras or rasboras (in place of mollies or guppys)

The shark won't harrass anything. Now, if the cories are in his "spot" he will chace them out... but not harrass them.
