So I finally got my injection going, I've got a paintball 24oz canister pumping 2bps into a 20 gallon tank. However, I was wondering how much psi that it should be filled too? I thought it was ~3000psi, but when I got home from Dick's, the regulator read ~800psi.

Am I mistaken, or is Dick's being stingy in their CO2?

Mine is about 1000 psi when it's full. I don't think it's safe to go up to 3000 psi in paintball tanks.

That might be it. 3k psi as the failure rate for paintball tanks. I won't worry about it then.

hpa (compressd air) paintball tanks can go to 3000 psi or even 4500 if you have a carben fiber one. the normal filled co2 tank is about 800 to 900s i would say that 1000 is a bit high.
mine is about 850 when i get mine filled.

I think that's pretty much what they filled mine too. Okay, my mind is at ease.
