How to keep floating plant at a corner or one side?

The tank water moves in a kind of circle and the water from HOB outlet sometimes is strong. I wonder what is the good way to keep some floating plants anchored on a side or corner. Anyone has any suggestions?

2 suction cups and come fishing line at the waters surface...

Fortunately I don't have that issue. My canister is attached to a spraybar, which forces items on the surface to stay in the corners. I have no ideas for keeping your plants stable while floating however.
