I.D. This plant please

It's got pink and green leaves and the stem is pink and green as well, I'm hoping under the right conditions it will keep this pink. There are also what seem to be little yellow buds all around on it.

It looks like emersed Ludwigia glandulosa to me.

Definitely scarlet temple that's what mine used to look like. Eventually the leaves will turn a redish purple on the bottoms and bronze on top. Recently since I installed a rgb fixture it has started to turn completely red.

In emersed form yes. I get several bunches of them regularly and most are budding like that.
