Ideas for 30g tank

Any ideas for a community tank. I would ideally like schooling fish with 1 or 2 showcase fish. Tried neons previously so I would like to try something new

Are you into tetras? For the "showcase fish" I would go for a gourami and an apisto

Into tetras just trying to stay away from neons again and try something a little differently. Gourami and Apistos might be a good idea. Never tried Apistos before seems like they come in a bunch of colors

You could do:
6 rummynose tetras
Pair of Kribensis
6 sterbai cories

I opted with 6 Cardinal tetras to start off the tank. Just put them in and I love the coloring.
