Identify this plant?

Got this thing about a month ago it's doing good I just have no clue what it is can anyone help?

I'm not a expert but my guess it's common name is moneywort. Not sure of scientific name tho sorry.

Not a problem. They do great in med to high light and like co2 but isn't really required. You can spread them buy cuting off the nodes (roots growing off the plant) about an 1" down and replant. Pretty plant and nice colors.
