iron suppliment/vitamin

I was wondering if throwing in a vitamin (iron tab) would help fertilize my plants and not kill the fish?

Just curious and I have no clue!

i know the iron used is Chelated Iron. not sure what the heck is in the vitamin. personally i wouldnt.

wasn't wanting to risk it without knowing if anyone else has done it.

Plus knowing my luck I would come home and my fish would look like some sort of rust monsters!

iron is great if you have red plants and trying to make them ever more red. most trace ferts has iron in it. many people dont even add it on its own.
