Is my planted tank crashing

Hey. Gd day ppl. I have a planted tank for around 1.5years and is heavily planted . It has a bed of dwarf sage and huge swords and some other plants but of lately they are not looking so healthy . Its a dirted tank and i do not do fertz neither co2. I have 3 4ft t8 tubes as lighting. What i would like to knw is if yall think my tank soil is lossong nutrients and do i need to start dosing. I even had java moss but now it brown and dieing off. My fish load is light and is a 60 g tank. What yall think?

Time for Ferts. Even dirt runs out of nutrients. I'd add root tabs for the sword and any Crypts.

Get liquid or dry macro and micro ferts. P
