Is this Ludwegia Repens? (Pic Attached)

I have included a pic of a new addition to my aquarium. Can anyone identify this plant? If so, can you tell me more about it? Thank you.

i don't think so - my ludwiga has "shorter" leaves that are more oval and not as elongated as that.
