The 90 plant collection (36") ..... Should I purchase this or will most of the plant die in ym tank.

Tank conditions -

Temp - 82
P.H. - 6.8
Substrate - Nutrient rich
Lighting - LOW
CO2 - No (Maybe soon but only a tiny bit)

You don't have enough light for most of those plants.
Co2 wont' do much to help unless you have enough light to require it.
