Lack of ferts?

I dose excel daily, have an aquaticlife 2 bulb T5 HO on from 9am-7pm

Seachem Flourish you dose twice a week. That will give your plants some help. If you still feel you need more after that then pps-pro(dry ferts)
is the next step.

This is the PPS-PRO setup rivercats suggested to myself and others. I have just started this so I am very new to it.

Also add 5ml Flourish Excel per 250ml of micro and macro solution to keep mold/fungus from developing during storage.

Looks like you have several fertilization issues. Do you have a nitrate test you can use?
