Lighting on a 75

So I am upgrading to a 75 some time soon, and was wondering what lights I should you, to grow plants. I heard LEDs are good, and they seem nice, any ideas and thoughts?

We need some more info. Mostly what light level are you wanting to have as well as what your budget is. LEDs tend to he superior to t5ho but in general are waaay more expensive to start out.

I want 2-4 watts per gallon with a 250-400 dollar budget.
