lighting question

im getting a compact floresent light for my 10 gallon (2 of them) and i was wondering for the 2 watt per gallon http://www.petsmart.com/global/prod...older_id=2534374302026260&bmUID=1076819114475
for that light bulb is it the equiv of the watts or the regular oh nvm would that lamp be good for a 10 gallon? or is it too many watts or not enough

its fine, get the aquarium bulbs from walmart, they are dirt cheap and produce light in the correct range for freshwater fish.
