I recently purchased a 125 gallon aquarium to combine the contents of my original two aquariums. I have dabbled in aquatic plants with moderate success. I would like advice as to which lights to get for the 125 gallon tank. I currently have two ZooMed aquasun 24" T5HO fixtures (two bulbs per fixture). They dont really cover the entire area of the125 (dead spots with low light). I wanted to know if two 36" T5HO bulbs on each half of the tank would suffice for a moderate light/tech tank. The top of tank to substrate surface varies from 18" to 23". Thanks.

Thanks. I ended up changing my mind and getting two Finnex Planted+ 24/7 lights. I am interested in seeing how LED lights perform.

I only heard good about the quality and price of finnex.
