Lime green algae on Plants

some of my plants (val and anarchis) along with gravel are getting chunks of lime green algae.

ammonia and nitrite = 0 ppm
nitrate 30 ppm
ph = 8.0
Po4 = 1-2 ppm

dosing K, No3 and Excel

light is 1.07 wpg

what can i do???

that looks right, but says low nitrates, mine is at 30 ppm :?

EDIT!!!

retested (above values were 24 hours old)

nitrate @ 0-5 ppm!!! 8O will dose no3 back to 20-40 ppm
po4 = still ~2 ppm
 
bump no3 to 40 ppm, do you think this will be high enough to fight off the slime algae (if that is indeed what it is) i tried to get a pic, but my camera is low quality.
 
Still keeping nitrates around 40 with 2 ppm PO4
Still have the green slime

anyone ever battle this b4 and have a good plan of action?
 
Travis's post also recommends Erythromycin if black out doesn't work, because you have to kill BGA, then focus on nutrient balance to keep it away. Just a link to a great/informative thread with posts from a guru who hasn't been around lately.

In regards to blackout, fwiw in my experience it takes some time for plants to recover. I think all of your specific plants will bounce back quickly.
