Loaches

I have sorta taken a shine to loaches but I am a little hesitant that they will uproot my plants. Is there any specific type that is "plant friendly"?

I think the smaller species are fine. Esp if you offer hiding places. My friend loves Loaches and has planted tanks. She has Rosy and M cruciatus , Hillstreams ( 2 species) etc...

Loaches Online is a great resource also.
