Magnesium level

Has anybody use the jbl magnesium test kit,followed instruction,done it twice with same results,can someone with plants knowledge help/advice me please...thanks.

lol that looks like my tap water mg level.

The bottle looks to be too full. Did you measure 5ml as instructed? The bottle should be half full with 5ml

Hmm. You sure it doesn't mean 5ml per bottle? Read online and said 5ml and shows two bottles.

Then it would appear your mg level is really low. What is the gh of your water?

You might want to look at adding a little mg or if your gh is low add some gh booster. You typically want at least 3-4gh.

Last time i checked gh with api test was 17 drops which i think converts to 304.4ppm.

Then there is no way your mg level is 1

I've never trusted those tests for phosphate and mg etc. I've never managed to get an accurate reading from them
