I agree with OS. It's not the best choice if you want LED in a planted tank. What size tank will this be on?

Finnex, Current, and BuildMyLED.com all offer much better fixtures for planted tanks IMO.
 
Check out the Finnex Fugeray Planted+ or Current Satellite LED+. If you want high light, check out the Ray 2 or BuildmyLED.com.
 
I had the double bright unit. Nothing grew, its junk. A coralife t5ho setup is fairly cheap and works... I may have an older one around here somewhere ...

What lighting range would that put me at In a ten gallon?

My guess would be medium.

If you want high light, you can get the Finnex Ray 2 with all daylight 7,000K LEDs. However, I think the Planted+ would give you a warmer color in which the 660nm red diodes should help colors pop more.
