Tank is doing pretty good. Puffer is eating like a pig, otto is cleaning up. I have a bunch of brown diatoms which can be expected in a mew tank. All the plants seam to be doing good except for the uruguayensis sword. I took some of the dead/dying leafs off of it.

Tank is doing good. Getting diatoms and hair algae everywhere, so Im keeping the light on for shorter amounts of time. The other day I noticed this small plant and I found another today. They just sprouted up. I have no idea what they are.

Just went to petsmart and got some Staurogyne repens. Dont know much about the plant so if you do please chime in! Also started a java moss matt for the outlet of the filter. Thought it would be a nice natural filter and the pictures I have seen look pretty cool.

It gets a little annoying when Im trying to move some plants with the tweezers and he wont leave them alone lol. He will usually eat about 3-5 worms depending on their size. Tongs is the only way I feed bloodworms in all my tanks because I think it makes them less messy.

Puffer and plants are doing well. The driftwood got a lot darker. I went to my LFS the other day for my birthday and got 20 ramshorn snails and a whisker shrimp. Also got 2 nerite snails from peabodysparadise. I fed the dwarf puffer yesterday for the first time in a couple days, but he only ate one worm because he is full on snails. Also put some plants in the filter. I found one in the backyard (left) and the other is some houseplant I found in my house (right).

Happy Belated Birthday! Nice invert tank...forgot there is a puffer in there. The puffer will not try to eat the whisker shrimp?
The plants in the filter appear to be Pennywort (Hydrocotyle spp) and Varigated Algerian Ivy.
