Moss Balls vs Excel. Oopsy

While spot treating algae on some of my plants in a small bowl my son dropped my moss balls in my Excel solution. Now the balls have lost their bright green color. I understand the moss balls are a form of algae. Will they completely die or will they bounce back?

Give them a couple of squeezes in some clean dechlorinated water. They should bounce back.
