I want to put in a moss wall and carpet in my 10G shrimp tank. My LFS sells moss on metal grids. Should I just buy it on the grid and plop weigh it down. Will it spread from there? I was thinking of making the carpet with Fissidens fontanus and the wall with Peacock Moss. What about making the wall, should I look for a different shop that sells moss not on a grid to make the wall or can I just pull the moss of the grid to lay in the plastic grid I am using for the wall? Thanks.

If the moss is on a metal grid it should automatically sink. I recommend ordering aquaticmagics moss wall set, it comes with plastic mess and suction cups for the wall, and then you could use the same fore the carpet, just put a small pebble on it or something
