ya ive been planning on rams or apistos but my tap water its 7.8-8.0 and might not be able to keep them

My ph is just really low because of my Co2 It drops from 8.2 to 6.4 from it
but I now have 3 pairs of Blue rams getting settled into my tank, I will be putting one pair in their own breeding tank (29G) once its finished cycling along with my Nanochromis Dimidiatus pair who will be in a 40gallon

yeah the co2 id say triples my growth if not more because I had it turned off for about a week while I treated Ick and my plants didnt grow much turned it back on and they are growing the normal 1/2'' to 2'' a day (Depending on the plant). Sometimes my red pond lily will shoot out a stock thats 16'' long in a single day

set up my Ro/Di system today. its a tetrasmart with 90gpd, its pumping into a 55gallon barrel with a 550gph power head and heater on it to keep water moving and warm. has a lid on it that has a water tight seal that clamps the lid down. the system has a float valve so it will probably hold about 45-50 gallons of water. This should save me some trips to the fish store and quite a bit of cash in the long run.

doing 10% tap water at most. i also removed my amazon swords today and did a trimming and put my trimmings were my swords were, Ill post a pick of how it looks when it grows in, Just felt that the left side of the tank were the swords were was so sparse and the rest of the tank was filled in well.
