My anubias turning yellow

Hi all. I have two anubias in my tank. Originally one but I split it in half. Over the last few weeks my biggest leaf has started turning yellow. All over leaves are fine and growing. Any ideas?

Is it berried in the substrate?

Only the roots. Rhizome is not
