Need help resolving a problem!

I have a 55 gallon aquarium with low to medium light plants. I purchased a marineland double bright led lighting system about 4 months ago. I though this would be plenty of light but my plants haven't grown much at all. Help please

The spectrum of that light isn't optimal for growing plants. That's more of a blue colour, whereas plants need more of a yellow light. (I know it's really expensive, but) Marineland makes a plant LED fixture that would work a lot better than the Double Bright.
