Need Plant Help!

Hey guys recently I went to Petsmart looking for plants. I was hoping to find the java fern and anubias in the vials, because those are usually cheaper than the ones they have in there plant tanks. So while I was looking around I saw a few really cheap plants. I've never seen them mentioned here before, so I decided to ask everyone about them
Here they are:
Corkscrew Vallisneria Plant
Green and White Acorus Plant
Frill Plant
Moneywort Plant

Would any of these plants thrive in a 2.5g with a 10w 6500k bulb, or a 5.5g with a 24" 17w T8 lamp?
I am also thinking about a 10g with 2 10w 6500k bulbs too. Any ideas guys?

The corkscrew and moneywort are the only true aquatics. They'd be good in a ten. Not sure about frill plant
