NEw lighting fixture

I have a 30gal. planted with just one flourescent bulb. obviously my plants are not doing as well as they could be. I am upgrading to a double strip flourescent fixture, any ideas on what bulbs or fixtures to get? thanks.
30 gallon planted
- 5 Cory cats(planning to give away 1)
- 2 Albino
- 2 Elegans
- 1 Panda
- 4 Silver Hatchets
- 3 Glowlight Tetras
- 3 Black Neon Tetras
- 1 Otocinclus
- 1 small Clown Loach

10 Gallon
- 1 Gold Gourami
- 1 Male Fiddler Crab
