New planted tank

I have a 30 gallon tank that has been running for about a year. But I just emptied all the fish and deco out. I ordered fluorite for it and already have about 10 amazon swords. This will be a low tech tank. What do you think about these plants:
• 2 wisteria
• 3 jungle val
• 3 java fern
• 1 cryptocorne

what kind of light are you using?

It's a powerglo 20 watt bulb but I am open to buying a new one.

I would upgrade. For low light low tech I would go with a fixture that will give you 1-1.5 watts per gallon if your are going with t8. Obviously this doesn't apply to LEDs or T5HOs.
