New to planted tank .. Advice please

Hi ppl
I have started a planted tank about 3 month ago added co2 around 1 month ago but I'm not sure everything is doing as it should, any advice would be much appreciated please

Thanks .. I'm just thinking some of the new leaves on the anubius seem to be yellow as they are developing and the new leaves on the ferns seem a bit dark on the tips as though they are soaking in water if that makes sense?

When anubias make new leaves they are usually lighter colored and become darker as they age. I know what you're talking about with the java ferns, mine have that too- almost like the edges are wilting and almost transparent looking, but I don't know what causes it.

Actually the leafs are starting to darken off slightly .. Yes that's it exactly with the ferns you have explained it a lot better than me, can anyone explain why this is happening ?
