new to planting

To my established tank i added a piece of drift wood, 3 small amazon swords and a anubis nana. Since yesterday i moved the nana to where its at cuz i read it grows on drift wood. But the drift wood on the white parts has a fuzz i wana call it over it. Only the white parts and the water is very cloudy a little brown. I did a water change yesterday along with a vaccume. I dont no wat i did wrong or need to do to clear the water and also make sure my plants are happy.

That fuzz is something that happens with driftwood almost every time it's added to a tank. It'll go away, fish will eat it, or you can manually remove it (new tooth brush?).

Looks like a good start. One thing I would caution you against is those in tank testers. I wouldn't rely on them at all.

The swords definitely need root tabs. I dont think you'll need anything else. Anubias aren't very demanding, and with a few fish in there, it'll probably have everything it needs
