+1 for a bubble counter and a drop checker. The bubble counter on my regulator makes metering the CO2 very easy. I don't have a drop checker yet, so I've got the CO2 set at 1-2 bps. Building a drop checker is on my list for later this week.
Well none of my fish died last night; so that's a good thing.
But it seems that the co2 shut off after a few hours on it's own. Opening the needle a little more lets more co2 in again. I think my tank and its regulator/needle valve aren't keeping constant pressure. Drat.
How often do you guys refill your 5 lbs tanks? 1/mo?
