Good light
Plants
Do I need to use co2?
And other things th
At I don't know it's a 20 gallon long with 6.4 ph and it has a little bit of carbon in it

Co2 is not needed at least not for everything. Are you looking to start out with easy plants or ??

Yes I was,
I went to get another ghost shrimp when I saw these plants on rocks and thought they would look great in my fry tank! They do! Can you identify them? What they require?

Anubia, which I answered in another post but you need to tell us what type lighting you have as lighting will determine what type plants you can grow. Anubia are low light tolerant plants.

Yes thanks and I read that I have a normal lightbulb that came with the tank

That is low light so anubia, java ferns both regualar and wendilov, bolbutis, and crypts are what you'll be limited to.

I've never kept them but always thought they needed at least medium light. Learn something new everyday!

I've had mine under no light in my sump for months. Then I finally went and got a light for the plants and I've had no change on the balls but have on other low light plants.
