Nitrate help please

Ok need some help so i start my Aquarium with 5 nitrates after i add weekly ferts goes to 10 after one week bio loads adds 10 more i do weekly water change if 50% there always on the rise what can i do

Keep up with the weekly 50 percent water changes. Nitrate levels have to be much higher and remain high for several days, before most aquarium fish will begin to feel the effects. The more water you change and the more often you change it, the healthier the tank.

Get some live plants, no more nitrate problems, less frequent water changes.
