ok what kind of moss is this

I was given a huge box of diffrent kinds of plants but don't know what kind of moss(I think its moss) this is

my friend just e mailed me and told me its Subwassertang and it will grow anywhere

Yup it's subwassertang. I got loads in my red cherry shrimp tank. Doesn't grow that fast in my low light no ferts tank. Great for breeding fry and shrimp.
