ouch... what happens when u dont dose for 3 weeks (pics)

yuck...my 5gal is in a state of disrepair. My L. repens rubin is rotting away, aswell as my tiger lotus.

The other plants just have alot of algea...

I havn't had ANY time for tanks the past three weeks with exams approaching. tomorrow i plan on fixing up some tanks, and doing some well needed water changes. Just wanted to share, so you can see why dosing is important.
