Overstocking?

I have a 45gallon tank with 6 black phantom tetras. I was hoping to add 2 dwarf gourami and 2 angelfish. Would this be over stocking the tank?

Well how offen do you do water changes what type of readings do you get

Every six days I change 30-40%, depending on the readings. The ammonia is 0, the nitrite is 0 and the nitrate is between 5 and 20

You should be fine with that, all depends on your filtration and how often you do maintenance. Check aqadvisor.com as well, they can give you a rough idea of how you can stock your tank.
