pH high problem

I just set up my 55 gal plant tank, I done test on everything and all good but ph high it show as a yellow color so low it not on the scale with my test kit. Is this a problem and what can I do to fix it?

It like 7.0 my scale only goes to 7.4 so I guessing a little bit!

It is ok didn't know because it was lower then chart showed.didn't know how low was to low.
