Here are some pics of my overhauled plant tank. I added another 25lbs of gravel to get me almost 3" and I added several new plants. I know I have Anubias Nana and the name of the grass, which I forget right now :(, but the reddish plant and the bushy plants in the back corners I forget what they were called. I also know about the hornwort, Java Fern and Money wort. Thanks

Also, can someone please ID my sanil? is it an Apple snail? Thanks

Sorry, I didn't see your second post, Ludwiga repens? it looks too compact tho (usually more stem between leaves, but plants do their own things in different lights, all mine grow horizontally) Perhaps someone will have a different idea tho :)

To ID the snail it would be helpful if you could get a closer pic that shows the angle of the swirls of shell growth. As an alternative check out the species link at AppleSnail.Net.

Yup, ludigia repens and water wisteria.

Very cool looking tank! I love the dim lighting, but is it gonna be enough to grow the plants?

It's not Dim Lighting, its a 55W PC over 29Gal. I think the dark substrate and dark background really make it look Dim, plus the camera as well :)

but thanks for the plant ID's

Deffinitely Wisteria (hygrophilia difformis) and L. repens. The back right is not E. tenellus. Possibly a blyxa of some sort.

I was just thinking how nice teh tank looks. reminds me that I need to get in and give mine a serious pruning!!
