plant bulbs

My plant bulb has clear fuzzy stuff on it is it bad?

Pick up the bulb and if it's soft it no good. Usually if they mold or fungus the bulb is not good. A picture would help.

Sometimes mine get a little fuzzy before they sprout. I can usually get 1 or 2 bulbs in a pack to sprout.

I usually give them 2-3 weeks to start growing
I would wipe them off and test if they are all gross and mushy
