Sorry bud just funning with Ya. I have no idea but it does look like a shrub leaf to me as well.
But there are some serious pros on here that would figure it out.
Some of these guys have forgot more about aquatic plants and the raising of them than I'll ever know.
Get some plants from them if you want some top notch plants with a positive ID.
