I'm no good at narrowing down specific species of crypts, but that is a crypt. low light, stays small but will spread nicely. They really like root tabs, especially when transplanting one, root tab under it to minimize melting.
 
I agree, most likely a C. wendtii of some sort. The only completely accurate way to identify a Cryptocoryne species is to grow it emersed so that it puts out a spathe/inflorescence (a form of flowering body) and ID it from the inflorescence.
