Got it at the local petco, thought it was a few different things for awhile but after analyzing im not sure anymore. I really like this plant and am wondering its name, help?

It looks like red cabomba that has been severly abused by your local petco. Let it grow in some, and the ID should be easy.

My guess was also cabomba, but definitely a tortured plant...
