Dwarf Baby Tears( Hemianthus callitrichoides )

What kinda lighting should be used and what other requirements are needed for good growth?

Second question.

How hard is it to grow dwarf hair grass ?

Both of those plants will need good light and CO2 to prosper, with dwarf hair grass liking a bit more light than HC. You can probably keep them alive without CO2 or without good light, but you won't get this.
