Plant Store (online) ??

Hey all.


Setting up a new 30gal (tall) tank, mainly small fish and lots of plants.


My local LFS charges an outragous amount for life plants.

I'm looking for some online stores, where I can buy a good "combo set".


Any suggestions?

One place I would look is www.azgardens.com. They seem to have a large selection and decent prices. I have never used them personally.

I think AZgardens would be ok for plants, but i had trouble geting decent fish/snails/shrimp from them.

I've used both of these, good selection good plants. There are TONS more online places, I'd love to review them all, but dag, I'm overrun with plants now!

Hi...
I, too, am curious about online stores. How reliable are they with livestock or live plants? Like how can I be sure the fish are going to be healthy when they arrive? How do these online stores work? Do they deliver the stock to the door? And, if you need to "return" livestock or plants, do you just mail them back in? I live in NYC, so I am even more skeptical about the quality of livestock or live plants being delivered.
Cause if everyone recommends doing online shopping for aquaria, and if everyone has had great experience with it, I would love to do it as well! Most of the lame fish stores in NYC are places like Petco and Petland which don't usually carry good stock in my opinion.
