What is the likelihood of a bamboo shrimp doing well in a fairly densely planted tank with a couple rams? This is the 20 gallon long medium light tank with DIY CO2. If they could survive with the rams, the only other concern I have is that the shrimp would be drawn to the powerhead to filter feed, but the powerhead is serving as the CO2 diffuser, so maybe the CO2 would be bad for the shrimp?

the CO2 will not hurt the shrimp at all. They will seek the current to filter feed though. It might be a good idea to get a small powerhead to make them happy if you want. But they are fine in planted tanks.
