Hi! :flowers:

I have just started cycling my newest tank (first tropical!) and I want to add live plants (planted onto bogwood) but I'm not sure whether to add them now, during the cycle or wait until it's complete. I have anubias in my cold water tanks but I added them long after the tanks were established. Will it make a difference if I do it now or later?

30L biorb - 6 days into cycle

ammonia - 4ppm
nitrite - 0.25ppm
nitrate - 0

edit. I'm thinking of using java fern, anubias and java moss!

It may or may not reduce NO3 and NO4 levels during your cycle. It will depend upon how much ammonia is being added to the tank. I've got a ton of plants and two schools, certainly helped keep my NOx's from getting out of hand.
